Harris City Academy Sports’ Day 2012 Report.

Crystal Palace Arena was once again the venue for a fantastic day of Sport. Despite the far from ideal early weather conditions, all athletes showed a great competitive spirit. This helped to create an exciting atmosphere with many close events with many records beaten. The overall standings remained close all day, with Science and Maths narrowly gaining the victory after a strong performance by their relay teams.
Congratulations to every student that participated; from the first shuttle relay through to the celebratory mass Electric Slide! A big thanks also to Mrs Warr and the PE department for superb organisation in difficult conditions. The long road to Sports Day 2013 has now begun!
