Year 7&8 Trip the the Oval

On Thursday 24th of may 23 year 7 and 8 pupils from the Academy cricket teams had the opportunity to watch a county game of cricket at the KIA Oval. Pupils were lucky enough to get autographs from many international players such as the South African Jack Rudolph and England Fast Bowler Chris Tremlett.  It was a really good day out in beautiful weather and for many of the pupils this was the first time they had seen a professional cricket game in real life.
