'Words for Work' at L'Oreal Head Office
Girls from Year 13 had a chance to visit Lancome, one of the world's biggest beauty brands, as part of the Words for Work programme run by the National Literacy Trust, in conjunction with Lancome.
They visited the L'Oreal head office in Hammersmith where they learned about the importance of language at work, and how to network and present themselves confidently.
This was a wonderful opportunity for students to see an aspirational office space and learn how important the right words are in a work setting. Some of the girls are now hoping to apply for a summer internship with the company.
Words for Work is part of the Women Leaders Programme run by the National Literacy Trust.
