Gala Dinner
On the evening of July 5th the Year 9 Rising Chefs, led by Mrs Sales, prepared and served food for parents and teachers at a Gala Dinner event. Student chefs helped to cook a delicious meal of salmon, chicken and freshly picked vegetables and an exquisite dessert of iced Scandinavian berries, white chocolate sauce and a shortbread crumble. Front of house students welcomed guests in and served drinks and dinner to their teachers, parents and siblings for the duration of the evening. An excellent evening was had by all and we were very proud of the efforts made by the Year 9 Rising Chefs whose hard work, determination and passion made for a very enjoyable evening.
