Thematic Day

Today’s Thematic Day at Harris City Academy Crystal Palace was a truly outstanding event featuring a huge range of activities and workshops for all year groups.  Students in Year 7 were introduced to the practices of healthy living with an inspiring food fair from our Academy caterers Chartwells.  Year 8 learnt about the power and pitfalls of social media.  Year 9 were taught all about Africa in a series of exciting lectures and activities.  Year 10 were introduced to concepts surrounding personal finances and Year 11 took a deeper look into careers and the possibilities in further and higher education.
